About Me

Welcome to my practice. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a doctoral degree from California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in SF. I have worked in non-profit and for-profit mental health organizations across the Bay Area helping clients address a range of concerns including, adjusting to life transitions, questioning and exploring identity , relationship issues, aging, grief/loss, work-life balance, and more.

My approach is client centered and collaborative. I incorporate therapeutic strategies from insight-oriented psychotherapies, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

I believe that life's challenges can be an opportunity for growth and learning resulting in a deeper sense of self efficacy and connectedness. I work collaboratively with clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the barriers to living a healthier more fulfilling life.

Individual Therapy

I utilize a collaborative therapeutic approach blending client centered, insight oriented, mindfulness, and self compassion to help you address areas of desired growth. I view the first 3 visits as assessment. No obligations for either party to continue if determined that it is not a good fit.

LGBTQ Therapy

I enjoy working with a diversity of clients and have experience providing culturally competent and affirming therapy to LGBTQ+ individuals.
